I guess Beyonce will not stop until she finally wins an Oscar. If Jennifer Lopez couldn't win one for her biopic role as Selina, Denzal Washington for his biopic role as Malcom X and Angela Bassett for her biopic role as Tina Turner, Bey won't win one anytime soon. Reasonably because for one, she's not that great of an actress. Two, the movie committee won't acknowledge her unless she allows a white man to grind his dick and balls beneath her and three, Beyonce is not versatile in her movie roles. In almost every one, she plays a singer. And even in this one, she doesn't lead the movie because the movie is solely about a legendary record boss Leonard Chess who discovered many of the historical R&B greats. I have no doubt in my mind that Beyonce was secretly stung by Jennifer Hudson's Oscar win for their movie Dreamgirls but if she really wants to prove herself, she's going to have to choose more challenging movie roles.
