ALICIA KEYS: GANGSTA RAP A GOVERNMENTAL PLOY TOWARDS BLACK-ON-BLACK KILLINGS....

Alicia Keys is featured on the April 2008 issue of 'Blender' magazine. Here are a couple of hot outtakes from the photoshoot, which was shot by photographer Andrew Eccles. The Blender interview was pretty ---- controversial with Alicia injecting statements that were a little more - off the wall than usual:

When asked what gangsta rappers she liked, the 27-year-old replied: "'Gangsta rap' was a ploy to convince black people to kill each other. 'Gangsta rap' didn't exist". When asked to elaborate on who was responsible for this ploy, she names "the government" as she believes Tupac and Biggie were assassinated as part of the government's plan "to stop another great black leader from existing". You can read the whole interview by clicking here. Wow. Those are some crazy ass conspiracy theories Alicia. I'm leaving this one well and truly alone.
