In fact it gets even better. It is also the biggest female artist first album debut since Carrie Underwood in 2005. Leona's record-breaking success came two weeks ago when she broke the Hot 100 Chart record, becoming the first British female solo artist to top the Billboard Hot 100 chart in over 21 years with smash hit single Bleeding Love. To date, Bleeding Love has sold over 1 million tracks stateside and returns to the #1 spot this week on the Billboard Digital Songs Chart. In the UK, her album Spirit is the fastest selling album of all time. And Bleeding Love was also one of the biggest selling singles of 2007. A massive congrats. This chick is going ALL the way!
