MARIAH WILL NEVER LIVE THIS DOWN ....CAUGHT LIPSYNCHING!

It's not very nice thing when you're declared one of the best vocal powerhouses in the music industry and yet, you get caught lip-synching on stage. And Mariah Carey met her shame earlier today when she performed a small gig on Good Morning America. During her performance of Touch My Body (below), the intro of her backing track could be heard and then it stopped abruptly making it painfully obvious that she wasn't singing live as her vocals weren't matching the backing track. But the disaster doesn't stop there either.....


Switch to mark 3:03, and when Mariah realises that she can no longer conceal her lip-synnching she turns round to her backing singers and tells them: "Stop singing my part now baby" knowing full well that no one was singing her lines. LOL! Mariah has been lip-syncing many of her "live" performances for the past couple of weeks now. It was only inevitable that something like this was waiting to happen and that she was about to have her first Ashlee Simpson moment. It happens to the worst of them, and it happens to the best. But being Mariah, it's still tragic. Her performances of I'm That Chick and Bye Bye are after the cut.
