The rapper was touring over there and like the dutiful wife, Bey was right by her man's side. She drank champaign and seemed pretty chilled out in the VIP area. Meanwhile, Beyonce will also be headlining the "ThisDay Festival" in Washington at Kennedy Center on August 1st, 2008.
