CELEB SPOTTINGS: R&B SINGERS OUT & ABOUT ....

Letoya Luckett got her swagger on when she and heartthrob Will Demps opened up the new year from the Black Diamonds Soiree in Houston. Will was on hand to buy drinks all night:

When she's not on the Houston panel tackling social issues, music and culture, Letoya knows how to get her party on. And you can bet that a certain rapper was right by her side.

In the top right, Letoya's brother Gavin and her mama was also at the party too. It's cool she's back with Slim, as long as she's not having him occupying all the guest spots on her album and shouting about everything that Houston represents then I'm cool. Buzz single Swagger is just another Gangster Grillz really, and it'll be nice to see her explore a different path ..... musically.

And here's a theory that I thought I'd never stumble across. Beyonce being an acclaimed Connect 4 Champion. She actually had a match with Hip Hop King Kanye West at Jay-Z's new 40/40 club in Las Vegas this past weekend. He confesses that she beat him 9 times in a row!:

Beyonce appeared to be deep in thought as she put some serious concentration into how she would surpass Kanye's red coins in making her row of 4.

It's just a shame she doesn't put as much thought into what she says in interviews ('I wish I was born Latina') or her elementary songwriting that we've been tormented with over the years (Bootylicious and Happy Face). But oh well. That's Beyonce for you.

They were spotted all loved up, but hey at least they weren't eating each others faces off this time. Later that night, they were spotted departing with Dre at the wheel. Kind of surprising because this dude is always looking as high as a kite. Chrissy should tell her man to stay off the weed. I know that would put me off somehow.

Mya was spotted at a New York party in which she hosted at Icon Ice Lounge:

Wow. Mya has fallen off in a big way. She had sooooo much potential. Anyway, I am reading that she'll be concentrating mostly on movies now. Musically, she's at a standstill.

Spice Girl Mel B was spotted leaving Cipriani restaurant in London:



I would love to hear her take on the Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds marriage, considering that she claims she and Eddie were also in talks to marry. Well, she has her hubby now and two beautiful kids. That's more important than anything.
