NEW YEARS EVE PERFORMANCES: ALICIA KEYS, MARY J BLIGE & MARIAH CAREY....

Billboard Queen Alicia Keys did a really nice performance of her latest single "Like You'll Never See Me Again" as well as previous hit single 'No One' which went down on NBC's "New Year's Eve with Carson Daly" from the Rockefeller Center. Both performances were pre-recorded:

Considering that this is an extremely hard song to sing I think she did a kick-ass job. This is one of the reasons why she's one of my favourite artists, because her performances are always authentic and real. Her new album As I Am has now sold over a staggering 2 million after almost 8 weeks of release. Check out a New Years performance from Mary J Blige after the cut.

Mary J Blige really did throw down back in Times Square when she performed her latest single "Just Fine" at MTV's "New Year's Eve Masquerade":

Again, a really energetic performance. Although it would be nice to see her perform a different song from her newly released album Growing Pains.
