MICHELLE WILLIAMS FIRST SINGLE TO PREMIERE ON MONDAY....

The promotion for Michelle's third solo album Unexpected is now underway. Her new single will officially premiere on Monday. Matthew Knowles already had an album listening party for Billboard.com where he played tracks from the new album. They described the album's overall sound as "synth-y, driving bass samples, electronic keys and bopping drums" and it will go in a more mainstream-pop direction (it seems everyone is going that route these days).

I look forwards to hearing the song in full, and thankfully, we don't have to wait that long. Stargate, Rico Love, the Heavyweights, Wayne Wilkins, Andrew Frampton and SoulShock & Karl have all contributed towards the album's production. It appears that Mr Knowles is doing all the things that he didn't do for Kelly Rowland and now wants to put things right. I actually think Michelle will end up doing really well.
