CELEB SPOTTINGS: R&B SINGERS OUT & ABOUT....

The glitzy New York City movie premiere for HBO mega-hit Sex and the City arrived in high fashion in the Big Apple Tuesday night (yesterday). The event took place at The Radio Music Hall, in which many R&B/Pop starlets attended. First off, we'll begin with the actual singer who appears in the movie and sang All Dressed In Love for the Sex and the City soundtrack. Jennifer Hudson was all dressed up alright, but not to a standard we could fall in love with:

The 26-year-old arrived at the scene rocking a very unflattering metallic dress and bad wig to go with it. But then again, this is very becoming of Jen to look like dog's dinner at one of the most extravagant movie premieres of the year. I mean, nothing tops that dress she wore at The Oscars which was suppose to be her most defining career moment.

Fergie, who recorded the song 'Labels or Love' for the 'Sex and the City' soundtrack also attended in a white lacy flowed out dress:

Not feeling the look either. Too prom-like.

I however, did like Michelle Williams dress. She looked cute. I think purple is a great colour on her:

Her chest appears to have deflated. What happened to the great pair of boobs that she once had whilst she was in Destiny's Child?

Mary J Blige attended as well, decked out in a white dress which had a black patterned outline:

She looked really thin and drawn out. I'm also starting to believe Mary has no hair underneath that wig. I understand that many black women get so caught up that they sometimes can't find the time to do their hair (time consuming activity: combing, styling, etc), so they'll throw on a wig as a quick-fix solution. HOWEVER, to wear the same tired ass wig at damn near every occasion for the past couple of months just seems really lazy and tacky. Yes, that includes you too Kelly Rowland. Even Beyonce is giving her real hair a breather.

Loved up couple Chris Brown and Rihanna were spotted at CIRCA in Toronto after Kanye West's 'Glow in the Dark' tour:

Wow, that's really awesome how her nails EXACTLY match her skin tight denim pants and glasses. Ultra cool.

Mel B was totally all loved up with hubby Stephen Belafonte in Miami Beach on Monday:

Mel looks really happy. Her hubby looks like a fat greasy slob though. Whilst Mel has been working out mad hard/watching what she eats to maintain her fantastically toned bikini fab bod, it seems Belafonte has been packing on the pounds, with possibly 10 Big Macs a day.

Mel loves her some leopard skin print. I see nothing has changed from her Spice Girl heyday. Mel also says she a tigress in bed, go figure. Anyway, she is soooo my inspiration, and yeah, she was my favourite Spice Girl back in high school. Still is. She was just so crazy and outspoken like myself. The singer is reportedly working on a brand new R&B album with Rodney DARKCHILD Jerkins.
