Check out this brand new 30-second snippet from Keri Hilson called 'Energy'. It looks like the song is set to be her official lead single from forthcoming album In A Perfect World. The track will be released to iTunes on May 27th.

It sounds decent, but not first single material. The watery R&B/pop-tinged midtempo is reminding me too much of Jordin's song 'No Air' with Chris Brown, which is not really a good thing. Everything is sounding repetitive nowadays. That said, this is definitely a stepping stone to Keri finally putting out the album we've so long waited for.
