Confirmed R&B performers at the upcoming June 24th BET Awards include Beyonce, Ashanti, Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, Mary J.Blige, Chris Brown and Usher.

Beyonce will apparently perform as a surprise guest performer but it wasn't suppose to be known. In a recent interview at the BET Awards press conference Lil Wayne accidentally revealed: "It was suppose to be a surprise that I and Beyonce are performing with Usher when I open up the show!".
