BRITNEY SPEARS SHOOTS PROMO VIDEO FOR 2008 MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS.....

It seems MTV have forgiven Britney Spears for her disastrous performance at the VMA's little under a year ago. Apparently, she has once again teamed up with the MTV Video Music Awards by shooting a promo for the September 7th show with host Russell Brand:

I guess MTV are on the tease yet again because they're keeping mum as to whether Britney will perform at the show or not. If she is performing, I'm sure they'll do a better job of keeping it a well-guarded secret which certainly wasn't the case the last time. Matter of fact, it was the worst kept secret in showbiz history. Jive also says Britney's new album will be out by the end of 2008 so the probability rate seems high that they'd choose this massive musical event to premiere the anticipated new single. I know these promo's will start up all this buzz talk and excitement about a real comeback performance and with Britney's mental state all well and stable, she may well just be up for it.
