L'OREAL DENY TRYING TO MAKE BEYONCE LOOK WHITE.....

Ever since this picture below hit the Net this week of Beyonce's controversial new L'Oreal ad, there's been furore on both black AND white blogs. There has been accusation's accusing the company of whitening Beyonce's skin and features to make her look like a white woman. I mean, if they wanted a white woman they could have hired Giselle Buchanan but as Beyonce is an International household name and whitening her looks wouldn't be too much of a contrast they went ahead and did it. Due to the outrage online, L'Oreal felt the need to put out the following statement to none other than FOX news who are notorious for spewing their racist propaganda.

Here's the statement of their unconvincing denial: "L'Oreal did not lighten Beyonce Knowles' skin tone in a recent ad contrary to speculation, a rep for the company told FOXNews.com on Thursday. "It is categorically untrue that L'Oréal Paris altered Ms. Knowles' features or skin-tone in the campaign for Feria hair color," the rep said in a statement. "Beyonce Knowles has been a spokesperson for the L'Oréal Paris brand since 2001. We highly value our relationship with Ms. Knowles." The ad for L'Oreal Paris's Feria hair color, which is featured in this month's issue of Elle magazine, shows the 'Crazy in Love' singer with windswept dark blond hair and what appears to be a paler complexion.
