CHRISTINA MILIAN'S NEW SINGLE & ALBUM INFO.....

It was unofficially announced last week that Christina Milian's lead single from her forthcoming as-yet-titled album would be a track called 'Us Against the World', and now more details about the single has been enclosed. The song will reportedly premiere this month.....

Check out the enclosed details below:
Christina Milian is in the studio finishing up her fourth as-yet-untitled album, which will be released on MySpace Records in 2009. The first single, a ballad called 'Us Against the World,' will premiere this month.

"It's very feminine," Christina told Rap-Up.com about her first album since 2006's 'So Amazin'. "I find that there's been a lot of maturity in my vocals. [So Amazin'] was a little more urban-pop, so this one is pop-urban-international."

The 26-year-old is working with Cool & Dre, who produced the bulk of her last album, as well as Mad Scientist (Nicole Scherzinger's "Supervillain"). Kanye West produced and is featured on a track, while Pitbull also makes an appearance. SOURCE
Christina was never acclaimed as a respected recording artist. I think the vomit-inducing 'AM to PM' may have had a lot to do with Christina's musical career somewhat being seen as a huge joke. And being signed to a record label called MySpace Records is doing her no favours. I do like her take on the term "pop-urban-international" to emphasise how her sound will be more pop-dominated with lots of commercial appeal. And having Kanye West on board is in deed a good look. I'm not liking the sound of a ballad for lead single when Christina has never been admired for her vocals (except for her beauty) but we'll see how this all pans out.
