♫ KEYSHIA COLE: 'PLAYA CARDZ RIGHT' [OFFICIAL NEW SINGLE].....

Keyshia Cole's official new single surfaced last night. The track is called 'Playa Cardz Right' and features the late rapper Tupac Shakur. The song is the lead single from her forthcoming album 'A Different Me' which is set to be released in December. Keyshia shot the video for the song on Monday.....

If you think it sounds familiar, that's because it's not entirely fresh. The track was featured on Tupac's album 'Pac's Life' back in 2006. The song is quiet impressive and shows Keyshia hasn't lost that street-like swagger that is often heard in Keyshia's music.

I can hear hit written all over it but I'm slightly disappointed that she's using a popular sample once again. Matter of fact, I'm more disappointed that she's recycling a 2-year-old song.

Having said that, I'm really excited about the new album. Both her albums 'The Way It Is' and 'Just Like You' were hot and I'm sure our younger Mary-J-Blige clone will deliver yet again..
