Solange Knowles is a NEW confirmed performer at the Fashion Rocks concert, which will take place on Sept 5th and aired on Sept 9th. She will now join her sister Beyonce who was already a previously confirmed performer alongside acts Black Eyed Peas, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Duffy, Fergie, Justin Timberlake and Mariah Carey.
